Jane is a Licensed Masters of Social work and has experience working with people of all ages who struggle with self-esteem issues, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and issues around identity. She is passionate about working with people going through transitional periods, navigating changing roles, expectations, & stressors of daily life who are looking for coping skills or deeper exploratory work.
Jane utilizes empathy, openness, and unconditional positive regard to assist people to gain self-awareness, re-envision their purpose, and achieve new insights. Jane aims to create a safe and nurturing space where people can speak freely, act candidly, and share their deepest thoughts and feelings. Her treatment style is collaborative and eclectic, combining aspects of psychodynamic, attachment, narrative therapy, CBT, & mindfulness into a client-focused approach which is individually tailored to your goals & needs.
